CBEP 2026 had 107 scientists who attended the meeting in Washington DC, and 59 online. The participants were from 23 countries, who presented the latest research on Paleogene climate modeling, stratigraphy, paleobotany, vertebrate paleontology, paleoceanography, microfossil paleontology, paleoecology, AI applications in paleontology, and geochemistry.
